General Event description: During the 3 days of meeting participants had meetings in the morning and in the afternoon’s activities and dinners.

Services provided by Olé Special Events:

• Hotel reservation and management, meeting rooms, accommodation and F&B. The selected Hotel was the “Hotel Silken Puerta de America” a 5 star Hotel that our client has on exclusive base for their company meeting.
• Transportation: Airport – Hotel – Airport, Transfer to activities, transfer for dinners.
• Staff: welcome staff at the airport, hostess for dinners and hospitality desk staff at the Hotel. 3 project managers of Olé Special Event attend the event to coordinate the entire programme.
• Event production: design and coordination of Event production and AV equipment and Staff, in the Hotel and in the dinners.
• Dinners:
